Heliair Diver Course - Provides the knowledge, training and experience necessary to utilize Heliair for dives to 180 fsw for dives that require stage decompression, utilizing EANx mixes and/or oxygen during decompression. Six open water dives are required; maximum depth 180 fsw. May be combined with the Decompression Techniques Diver Course.
Prerequisites: Minimum certification NAUI Technical EANx Dive, Decompression Techniques (unless combined program) and Helitrox Diver or equivalent. Minimum 18 years of age . Medical approval to dive is required. Dive experience: 75 dives including a minimum of 10 decompression dives. Divers must provide their own dive equipment. Divers will be required to complete a course application listing certifications and experience.
Tuition: The course tuition is $300 per diver and includes all instruction, instructional materials and certification. Tuition does not include gas fills, boat charters, dive site admission fees, meals, travel, lodging or any other expense not specifically listed here. A reduced tuition fee is available when training courses are combined. See fact sheet for further details.
