Introduction to Technical Diving: This course is designed to give the open water or advanced diver an opportunity to improve their skills, knowledge and equipment configuration, thereby increasing safety and efficiency. The focus of this program is on skill development and increasing diver confidence. Four open water dives are required; maximum depth during training is 60 fsw.
Prerequisites: Must be a certified scuba diver, minimum 18 years of age with no known medical contraindications for diving. Dive experience: 25 logged dives including at least 5 EAN dives. Divers must provide their own dive equipment. Divers will be required to complete a course application listing certifications and experience.
Tuition: The course tuition is $300 per diver and includes all instruction, pool fees (if required), instructional materials and certification. Tuition does not include gas fills, boat charters, dive site admission fees, meals, travel, lodging or any other expense not specifically listed here. A reduced tuition fee is available when training courses are combined. See fact sheet for further details.
